Knudson Rentals
From family vacations to group getaways, make the most of Minnesota with comfortable vacation homes, pontoon boat rentals, and a motorcycle for exploring the open road.
Knudson Rentals started with a simple idea: rent out my camper to cover what it cost to store. It worked better than I ever expected, and when we rented out our own home during the 2018 Super Bowl in Minneapolis so my kids and I could take a cruise together, I was hooked.
Today my children, Lexi and Bailey, run the business with me. Our vacation homes in Blaine and Sauk Centre come first, and we keep a pontoon on Sauk Lake and a motorcycle in Rosemount so you can get out and enjoy Minnesota. Meeting new people every day, with my family alongside me, is the best part of this work. We have earned over 200 positive reviews on Airbnb, and we are always looking for ways to make your stay even better.

Greetings, I am Chad Knudson, the proud owner and founder of Knudson Rentals. It all began with a simple idea: renting out my personal camper to offset storage costs. The venture proved to be a success beyond my expectations, which led to a second camper and sparked thoughts about further rental opportunities.
The turning point came during the 2018 Super Bowl in Minneapolis, when, for the first time, we rented out our home so my kids and I could take a memorable cruise. That experience ignited a passion, and since then we have grown into multiple vacation homes.
In my quest to foster a family-oriented enterprise, I've brought my children, Lexi and Bailey onboard. While vacation property rentals constitute our primary focus, we continue to offer a diverse array of rental options including campers, motorcycles, boats and food trucks.
