Marmon Retreat

Chad’s home was absolutely incredible! I brought 8 of my friends home with me to experience the Minnesota State Fair, and this was the perfect location and stay for it. 10/10 across the board — especially with how kind, communicative, and accommodating Chad is. Chad’s place is spacious, well maintained, full of supplies, and (my favorite part) holy moly are the beds so comfortable. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable experience, so much so that it was sometimes hard to get ourselves out of the house to explore MN because we were having so much fun. The place is ideally located — about 20 minutes outside of Saint Paul and close to any convenience store/Target you might need. Also, don’t miss taking a nice stroll to Tamblyn’s Family Farm which is a daily Farmer’s Market just up the road. I (and we all) would 100% stay again and I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you, Chad!

The Marmon Retreat was the perfect spot to host my family. We came for the Minnesota State Fair and had a wonderful time. The home was spacious and had the most comfortable beds and amenities that made it extra special. We used the kitchen to enjoy home cooked meals and sat around the living and dining rooms to play games and laugh, I’m adding Marmon Retreat to my preferred list for future visits to the Minneapolis area.

Our grandma and daughters/daughter-in -laws and granddaughters getaway weekend stay here was amazing. The home was clean, decorated so nice and it was very relaxing there. We had lots of space in the home for everyone. They had everything we needed, it was a home away from home feeling but with a twist of a vacation home with added perks. I would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful home. The hot tub and movie room was a great bonus. I will be definitely booking more stays in the future.

I rented out this awesome space for my husband’s 30th birthday celebration weekend with his closest friends!! The guys loved the theatre for movies and video games, as well as the hot tub for unwinding from a long day! There was so much to do in the area. We never drove more than 15 min for food and entertainment. Our stay was for 3 nights which was perfect for us, and Chad was super flexible with us on special requests.
