Getting around here is pretty simple—it’s the kind of place where you’ll want a car, but everything’s close enough that you won’t be driving much. Downtown Sauk Centre is only a few minutes away for groceries, restaurants, and shops, and there’s plenty of free parking everywhere, including at the house. Most guests drive or bike along the quiet roads to get around, and in winter, it’s common to see snowmobiles heading out toward the Lake Wobegon Trail or across the frozen lake. There’s no public transit, but it’s easy and low-stress to navigate. We do offer e-bike rentals as well!
